“The Freaky Friday Jailhouse Gang” are an austrian funk Band based in Graz, with traces of blues, rock soul and jazz in their music. 

Formed in the early 2010s they consist of singer Lorena Valta, guitarist Markus Steinrück, bassist Tobias Steinrück and drummer Fabian Steinrück. (No, the last names are no coincidence, those guys are brothers.)

After long years of playing covers by all the greats (The Beatles, Sting, Stevie Wonder and many, many more) the three brothers and their sister-of-choice decided to give their own songwriting abilities a try: So in 2021 they released their first Album "Don't Panic This Is Serious" and followed it up in 2022 with a concept Album "Rise Of The Animal Kingdom".

On July 29 2022 they had the great pleasure of opening for TOTO at their concert in their hometown Graz.
